“Watering” Hole
Raise a paddle and then a glass! Asheville offers many paddleboard, kayak and canoe tours that vary in length and skill level. The 4:30pm-7pm Late Afternoon Tour with Wai Mauna ends at the River Arts District, where you can enjoy a beer at Wedge Brewing and taco at White Duck Taco. French Broad Outfitters offers a 2 person canoe tour (with room for a dog or child) of the Biltmore Estate. You can bring a cooler with drinks and snacks while canoeing around the Biltmore grounds.

Beer Runs
Beer has been praised as a decent post-exercise recovery drink! Maybe that’s why breweries are pouring out beer-fueled runs like the Hi-Wire 8k and Highland Brewery’s Night Flight. Even Forbes is drunk in love with this concept and recently published a list of beer runs to train for this summer.

Beer City has it’s hand in creative and fun beer tours. Asheville Brews Cruise offer multiple breweries in one day via bus that allows you to drink up many local varieties and, thanks to designated drivers, partake responsibly.
