Lunch Date at BimBeriBon: Comfort Food with a Healthy Edge

If West Asheville has been looking a little happier and healthier these days, it may have something to do with Bim Beri Bon.  Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bim Beri Bon has created an intentional menu with inspirations from around the globe.  Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or just a plain ol’ omnivore, the food is deceitfully tasty for being so damn healthy!  Bim Beri Bon has brought real, feel-good food to Asheville!

The fresh, energetic vibe of Bim Beri Bon is set to a white backdrop, where hanging plants and green accents catch your eye, along with the dishes being served.  They say the more colorful your diet, the healthier you are.  If that’s the case, Bim Beri Bon is a double rainbow!


From warm, nourishing breakfast bowls, chia waffles, scrambles (tofu & eggs) to a variety of toasts topped with veggies, eggs and other sprouted goodness.  Powering your day has never tasted (and looked!) so good!  Bim Beri Bon evokes excitement for even the seasoned, health minded foodie.

Lunch & Dinner

The menu is playful, with so many interesting plates, bowls, sandwiches, soups and salads from which to choose. Greens and chopped, fresh herbs are key players in all the dishes, lending color and flavor.  The Quinoa Kale Pakoras are served with a cilantro chutney that I would buy a whole jar of if I could.  A variety of chutneys, vinaigrettes, cremas and yogurt sauces are drizzled or served for dipping with nearly all the dishes.

Coffee & Bakery

The bakery is filled with pastries, cakes, doughnuts and other such decadent, baked creations.  Whats more is the absence of gluten and refined sugars on the menu.  You’d never know, though.  The desserts are rich, sweet and indulgent.

Order a rich, delicious latte with that dessert.  The espresso bar offers traditional coffee drinks, as well as creative concoctions like the Turmeric Ginger Latte or the Raspberry, Rose & Coconut Latte.

Grab & Go
