What is Do Good Date Night?

Do Good Date Night is the chance for you and a loved one, a best friend or family member to create a date night centered around a volunteer experience or a fundraiser for a specific non-profit organization. Our events have a ‘working’ element and a ‘play’ element to them. These Do Good Date Night events are sponsored by small, local businesses as a way for them to give back to the community while creating an opportunity to help our volunteers do their best work possible, making it more fun.

Join Asheville Date Night Guide and Asheville Habitat for Humanity for our next DO Good Date Night, a day-long date of service on July 13th. Volunteers will work alongside Habitat for Humanity’s experienced construction staff to build a home in Candler.

Our previous ‘DO Good Date Night’ with NC Greenworks of Asheville was a home run! And so much fun!

What to Do in Candler?

Our morning will start in Candler, on-site at 8:30am with directions from the Habitat staff while we enjoy a light breakfast from Rustic Grape Wine Bar and coffee from Summit Coffee. For lunch, Ego Food Co. will be driving their food truck over to refuel us around 1:00pm with healthy comfort food while we sip on cool Shanti Elixer’s. After our work is finished for the day, as a team we will travel to Pleb Urban Winery for a glass of small-batch craft wine from locally sourced grapes.

A huge thank you to our Sponsors: Rustic Grape Wine Bar, Summit Coffee, Ego Food Co., Plēb Urban Winery, and Shanti Elixirs.
